Audi has just unveiled its first ever electronic car, e-tron, which is a midsize SUV and will be offered in the U.S. next year for a starting price of $75,795 before a $7,500 tax credit.
This launch kicks off the wave of new luxury electric car vehicles which are starting to challenge Tesla’s dominance in this market.
Audi is also partnering with Amazon to sell and install the e-tron's home charging systems as the latter continues to expand its reach into consumers' homes.
With Trumps tariffs on auto parts and steel at full force, the German automakers stand to gain further momentum against their U.S. counterparties.
Audi has been increasing its revenues year on year since 2009 and graphically there seems to be a potential for a good uptick with the price crosing over the 20 and 50 moving averages and testing the 200.
